Pre-Paid Services

If you have pre-paid for consultation services that have not yet been rendered, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
  • Refunds for pre-paid services will be processed within 14 business days
  • Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without providing prior notice, the appointment fee may be forfeited. We understand that emergencies occur, and we will consider individual circumstances when applying this policy.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. If we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
